We are currently hiring for these following positions.

1. Position: Junior Mid Developer, Business Analyst - H1 visa
   Location: ALBANY, NY
   Responsibilities:
• Design and develop software solutions as per specifications.
• Build expertise in software products supported by BelWo and add to our service offerings.
• Troubleshoot issues based on customer tickets.
• Gather customer requirements and work with other architects towards a solution.
• Maintain project documentation and keep BelWo client informed of status.
• Participate in complete software development life cycle.
Requirements:
• Solid 2 plus years experience interacting with US customers on-site.
• Experience in managing delivery with offshore teams.
• Experience in gathering requirements on-site.
• 2 plus yrs of solid programming experience in windows environment (.Net / C++).
• At least 1 year experience in Unix/Linux environment (Perl / C++).
• Very strong in Databases (MS SQL / MySQL / Oracle).
• Habitual of documenting code and working with code repositories.
• Able to articulate project understanding on phone and in person.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Open for frequent travel to customer location.
• Self starter & used to working independently. Some projects will offer a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability in picking up new software products.
• Bachelors degree in computer science or similar.
• MUST HAVE A DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE.

This is a 9 to 5 job in our Troy office, extra effort is expected in case of emergencies or unmet deadlines.

2. Position: Developer/Sr. Developer (ASP.NET)
   Location: Chandigarh
   Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web applications, websites using ASP.NET.
• Design logical and physical data bases and coordinate data base development applying knowledge of data base design standards and data base management system.
• Understand, analyze & modify existing popular open source scripts.
• Define standards and guidelines for design and development.
• Document the code and the functionality, prepare Help / User manuals.
• Implement strategies to help in scaling the web application and making it faster, intuitive and user-friendly.
• Taking client conferences for requirement gathering, troubleshooting and project related discussions.
Requirements:
• Experience in the following technologies
• ASP.NET 2.0 and 3.5 Framework
• ASP 3.0
• C# 1.0 and above
• HTML, DHTML and CSS
• JavaScript and AJAX
• XML related technologies
• Visual Studio 2005/2008 and Visual SourceSafe
• Knowledge about SQL Server 2005, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers and Functions is a plus
• Should have leadership skills and be able to lead a team of people with different skill sets.
• Should have excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Should have 2-3 years experience.
3. Position: Developer/Sr. Developer (PHP)
   Location: Chandigarh
   Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web applications, websites using PHP/MySQL.
• Design & maintain My SQL Databases & tables.
• Understand, analyze & modify existing popular open source scripts.
• Define standards and guidelines for design and development.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP programming (LAMP), AJAX and OS Commerce.
• Implement strategies to help in scaling the web application and making it faster, intuitive and user-friendly.
• Taking client conferences for requirement gathering, troubleshooting and project related discussions.
Requirements:
• Experience in the following technologies - Linux, Java, PHP, MVC Architecture, Web Services, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript, XML, AJAX etc. knowledge of other programming languages will be an asset.
• Should have relevant experience of managing a portal or should have been important team member of any major portal.
• Should have leadership skills and be able to lead a team of people with different skill sets.
• Should have excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Should have 2-3 years experience.
